BASE 51 Housing Support Service

BASE 51 workers provide support and advice on a wide range of issues but have been particularly successful in offering housing advice and referrals to appropriate agencies, securing housing, help in claiming welfare benefits and practical assistance in accessing those resources that will enable them to remain in new accommodation.

Just come to the front door, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY please ring the bell.

Homelessness Prevention Workshops

Currently we are able to offer Homelessness Prevention Workshops to young people living or attending school or other youth provisions within the City.

The workshops we deliver aim to increase awareness around homelessness and the issues faced by young people accessing housing.

Workshops are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Wednesday and Friday mornings. They usually last for about an hour but can be tailored to suit the needs of the client group.

These workshops are free and all we ask for is user participation and feedback or evaluation.
